ORBIT EDM
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026
ORBIT EDM helps people discover electronic music, artists, venues, events, and community. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you create an ORBIT account, we may collect your email address or phone number, display name, and sign-in details. You may also choose to add a profile photo, biography, favorite artists, music preferences, event interests, and other profile information.
We collect information you submit in event rooms, chats, support requests, and other community features. We may also receive technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location, and activity needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize ORBIT, connect you with artists, venues, events, and community features, maintain account security, improve performance, respond to support requests, and communicate important service updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to provide the service, protect users and ORBIT, comply with law, or when you direct us to share it through a feature.
Optional news notifications
If you enable news alerts in the ORBIT app, we store a device notification token and a device-specific registration identifier to deliver new EDM headlines through Expo and Apple or Google notification services. This registration is separate from your ORBIT account. You can turn news alerts off in the app to remove the registration, or block notifications in your phone settings.
Your choices
You can review or update information in your account and choose what to include in your public profile. You can stop optional device permissions through your device settings. You may request access to or deletion of your account by contacting us.
Retention and security
We retain account information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, safety, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
ORBIT is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as ORBIT changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions, privacy requests, and deletion requests can be sent to colorado.3635@icloud.com.
This privacy policy is provided for ORBIT EDM and may be updated as the product and its data practices evolve.
